This menu is a sample of our Evening Menu, which changes seasonally to take advantage of locally grown produce, meat and other ingredients. First Course

Beef Tenderloin - broiled 8 ounce Black Angus filet with Roth Kase buttermilk blue cheese crostini served with a shallot cabernet reduction sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable 32.00

Traditional Filet - 8 ounce Black Angus filet, broiled and served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable 30.00

Wisconsin Duckling - slow roasted semi boneless half duck with a Door County cherry port wine sauce, spring vegetable rice pilaf and fresh vegetable 27.00
