The White Gull hires a lot of students and other seasonal workers for the summer season, the fall season and for summer and fall. We are always looking for applicants for jobs created when many of our seasonal workers return to college in September. The wages are good and we provide lodging in our men's and women's staff houses. No experience is necessary and it's a great way to gain work experience in a fun, yet structured environment while earning money for school, or just to have a working holiday while experiencing the beauty of a Door County summer or autumn.
